Marc Thadani is a Partner at Stellar. He focuses primarily on the financial and public sectors, offering his expertise and insights in the context of strategic recruitment. Prior to joining Stellar, Marc spent over a decade in private banking. As a relationship manager, he was responsible for a large book of international clients. He later transitioned to executive search by taking on a consultant role at a Swiss-based firm. A Geneva native, Marc holds a degree in work and organisational psychology from the University of Neuchâtel and an MSc in management from Cass Business School, London.
